JAD Engineering delivered comprehensive 3D modelling, engineering detailing, and draughting services across the full project scope. This included process equipment, civil works, structural steel, piping systems, mechanical components, pipe supports, and electrical infrastructure, providing a fully integrated turnkey design solution.

Our team produced key engineering deliverables, including General Arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication and manufacturing drawings, piping isometrics, structural details, and installation documentation to ensure effective coordination across all disciplines. Piping flexibility and stress analysis was performed using Caesar II to verify system integrity, thermal expansion behaviour, support loads, and compliance with applicable design codes and standards. All work was completed in accordance with relevant Australian
structural and piping standards, maintaining high levels of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project. This project marked an important step in supporting the decarbonisation of the cement industry, and we were proud to contribute to a solution helping drive a cleaner, more sustainable future.
